Job Description

On-site in Dearborn, Michigan OneMagnify is seeking a Product Owner to lead core data product lines, partner with clients to shape strategic direction, ensure data integrity across DSPs and DMS, and drive agile delivery. This role combines close client collaboration with hands-on product discovery and cross-functional leadership, offering a pathway to deliver measurable value in a data driven environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with client stakeholders to set team priorities and translate business goals into actionable product direction
Facilitate conversations that challenge assumptions and clarify desired outcomes, not merely requirements
Guard data integrity by managing inbound and outbound data feeds and driving the successful integration of dealership data
Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to business outcomes
Secure alignment and approvals among stakeholders to keep delivery moving
Balance inputs from clients, delivery teams, and leadership while staying focused on outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve requirement processes, tools, and templates across teams
Recommend and help implement enhancements to client systems and workflows that unlock greater efficiency and value
Develop deep product and domain expertise to bolster delivery quality and client trust
Set team objectives and priorities, review Jira stories to guide development work
Lead team meetings to review open issues, assess risks with IT and Business teams, and determine project priorities
Review and approve database changes, perform business validation, and conduct regression testing

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex data or digital products
Proven ability to work directly with senior client stakeholders to define priorities and make product decisions
Experience with Agile methodologies and managing Jira stories
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI)
Familiarity with database querying (BigQuery/GCP, SQL) to analyze transactional data, base tables, and landing tables
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal business leaders, IT, and external software vendors (DSPs/DMS)
Dedicated focus on data quality, anomaly detection, and process improvement
Proven ability to create structured, high-quality requirements (eg, user stories in Jira) that drive execution
Experience in client-facing, consultative roles within technology, digital, or consulting environments
Automotive industry experience is preferred

Future-ready skills (Nice to have)

Experience with AI enabled products or integrating AI into product workflows
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS) and modern data ecosystems
Exposure to marketing technology stacks, CRM platforms, or customer data platforms (CDPs)
Experience working in integrated digital agencies or cross-channel delivery environments
Comfort with platform-based delivery models that combine data, technology, and experience design
