Own creation, refinement, and prioritization of the user story backlog.
Perform initial story card mapping and identify cross-team dependencies.

7+ years experience as a Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master (SM), Business Systems Analyst (BSA), and/or Business Analyst (BA) leading Salesforce application development.
Experience managing onshore/offshore teams.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Experience with Regional Bank and/or Commercial line of business.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Scrum management tools (for example, Jira).
Certification in Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or Scaled Agile Frameworks.
Demonstrated interest and success in improving Agile execution.
Proficiency in creating supporting documentation, wireframes, workflows, etc.
Familiarity with program execution metrics and project management tools.
Knowledge of data mapping and reconciliation techniques.
