Global Product Manager- Water/Wastewater (m/w/d)
Job Description
Hach is seeking a Global Product Manager for Water and Wastewater to lead the profitability, strategy, and lifecycle management of a nutrient online analyzers product line. The role drives growth and cross-functional execution from a hybrid setup in Düsseldorf or Loveland, CO, with global scope across markets and customers in the wastewater sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage the global P&L for the assigned product line
- Create business cases, forecasts, and growth plans
- Share performance insights and strategic roadmaps with senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and the Veralto Enterprise System tools
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, particularly in wastewater treatment
- Conduct market segmentation and competitive analysis
- Define pricing strategies and revenue growth initiatives
- Translate strategy into clear commercial execution plans
- Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams globally
- Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Strengthen sales enablement and value proposition positioning
- Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and translate insights into product requirements
- Own the global roadmap and lifecycle strategy
- Identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities
- Monitor product performance across regions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of product management experience in water or wastewater treatment, or a closely related industry
- Proven experience owning or contributing to commercial performance, including revenue growth, pricing, or business cases
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
- Strong English language and communications skills

US Only
- The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
