New Product Operations Program Manager, Mac

The Mac NPI Program Manager role within WW Operations leads team execution and acts as the main operational partner to core product development and other functional organizations. As the program owner, you will coordinate product launch outcomes against defined targets for cost, quality, schedule, availability, and customer experience.

Role Overview

You will lead the team within WW Operations and operate as the primary interface to the core product development organization and related functions across Apple. The position is responsible for driving end-to-end launch success for Mac products while aligning execution to the program’s stated objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team within WW Operations.
• Serve as the primary operations interface to the core product development team and other functional organizations within Apple.
• Ensure successful product launches while meeting stated goals for cost, quality, schedule, availability, and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
• BS degree in an engineering field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with off-shore manufacturers and traveling to manufacturing sites.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management.
• Extraordinary ability to build relationships.
• Clear and consistent communication.
• Use data to drive decisions and be willing to take action.
• Enthusiastic and motivated approach to program execution.
• High level of detail while managing multiple work-streams.
• Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.
• Master’s degree or MBA (a plus).

Location and Experience

Austin, TX (onsite). Minimum 5 years experience required.
