Staff Program Manager – Product Operations & NPI

Zscaler offers a hybrid role in Santa Clara, CA (3 days a week in-office) where you can drive product innovation through program orchestration and operational excellence. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Operations & NPI within Product Management, you will help deliver timely, high-quality new product introductions that support internal and external teams across product and go-to-market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and orchestrate the execution of multiple product development and launching programs to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as a central liaison for cross-functional alignment, proactively addressing program risks and resolving bottlenecks to maximize the impact of Zscaler Product Innovation for internal and external stakeholders, including sales and technical teams.
• Provide consistent updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment on objectives and milestones.
• Optimize operational processes to improve collaboration, scalability, and organizational impact.
• Build a culture of iterative improvement by integrating feedback into ongoing process refinements.

What You Bring

• Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or NPI, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills with exceptional communication to manage complex new product introductions and programs.
• The ability to align stakeholders while providing clear, reliable updates to senior leadership.

Compensation: USD 164,000 - 205,000 per year. Experience requirement: 8+ years. Role details: Hybrid in Santa Clara, CA, with reporting to the Vice President of Product Operations & NPI.
