The Product Operations Manager leads and executes delivery for product programs across teams at Checkr, spanning early access with external customers through GA exit criteria and post-launch follow-through. You will build program plans and operating rhythms that keep stakeholders aligned, while improving launch processes and workflows using AI-enabled tools.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority product programs across internal teams, from early access through GA exit criteria and post-launch follow-through
- Develop integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, success measures, and escalation paths
- Run the quarterly and annual product planning cadence with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership
- Define, track, and report product KPIs, operational metrics, and SLAs with product managers, engineers, and data scientists
- Build agentic workflows and processes using tools such as Claude Skills and Cowork to increase engineering velocity and launch quality
- Own cross-departmental initiatives without a single owner, including internal tool rollouts and PRD templates, and turn launch retrospectives into improved defaults
What you bring
- 4+ years in product operations, technical program management, product management, or business operations, ideally at a technology company working with sensitive or regulated data
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional launches or multi-quarter programs from strategy through rollout and adoption
- Experience creating repeatable systems for roadmap, prioritization, and planning across product and engineering teams
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Claude Skills, Cowork, and Codex, plus strong written and verbal communication with concise, decision-ready updates for senior stakeholders
- Strong influence skills across diverse stakeholders across Product, Eng, Legal, Security, and GTM
- Familiarity with enterprise B2B SaaS, phased rollouts, or compliance-driven environments (FCRA, EEOC, GDPR, CCPA) is a plus
- An A-player mindset with a bias for action, including urgency, resilience through ambiguity, and ownership for meaningful outcomes
