Product Manager and System Administration

Merchants Bank of Indiana seeks an experienced Product Manager and System Administrator to lead payments systems and core banking operations onsite in Carmel, IN.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management and administer payment-related systems
• Manage vendor relationships and performance expectations
• Oversee payment processing platforms and services
• Direct audit activities and maintain compliance with applicable standards
• Assess system functionality, identify improvements, and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product and system enhancements aligned with business goals
• Serve as the payments subject matter expert across the organization
• Administer and optimize core banking systems CSI, covering digital and retail banking
• Translate business requirements into actionable system capabilities to boost operational efficiency
• Partner with IT teams and vendors to ensure secure, reliable system operation

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of related experience in banking operations, treasury, or digital banking systems
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• Strong expertise across both retail and commercial banking domains
• Leadership experience preferred
• Project management proficiency
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft products
