Product Manager and System Administration
Job Description
Merchants Bank of Indiana seeks an experienced Product Manager and System Administrator to lead payments systems and core banking operations onsite in Carmel, IN.
Responsibilities
- Lead product management and administer payment-related systems
- Manage vendor relationships and performance expectations
- Oversee payment processing platforms and services
- Direct audit activities and maintain compliance with applicable standards
- Assess system functionality, identify improvements, and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product and system enhancements aligned with business goals
- Serve as the payments subject matter expert across the organization
- Administer and optimize core banking systems CSI, covering digital and retail banking
- Translate business requirements into actionable system capabilities to boost operational efficiency
- Partner with IT teams and vendors to ensure secure, reliable system operation
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of related experience in banking operations, treasury, or digital banking systems
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- Strong expertise across both retail and commercial banking domains
- Leadership experience preferred
- Project management proficiency
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft products
