Job Description

This role will own how the Factory platform supports end-to-end software development at the largest companies. As Product Manager for Scale, you will focus on governing AI proliferation, controlling cost, measuring token ROI, and building the capabilities and visibility needed for enterprise trust and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap across multiple major areas of the product.
  • Partner closely with customers and work with data to understand pain points, then translate them into product improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and research to ship features that keep Factory at the frontier of AI-powered development.
  • Build frameworks and processes that enable the product team to scale as the organization grows.
  • Own the Enterprise NDR metric, with accountability for customer retention and growth.
  • Work across multiple engineering pods to help prioritize the right features at the right time.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Deployment to incorporate field feedback and deliver new capabilities and techniques effectively.
  • Work directly with customers to ensure the right primitives are provided to help them build and govern their ultimate software factory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across product and engineering roles, including either a deep developer tools background or at least one year in an engineering role.
  • Deep experience understanding what large-scale enterprise companies require to deploy developer tools across their organization.
  • Experience working closely with executive buyers at large organizations.
  • A strong technical foundation, including experience partnering with engineering teams to design, build, and ship complex technical products.
  • Proven ability to drive product launches from concept through release, with evidence of meaningful user adoption or commercial impact.
  • Active engagement with the AI ecosystem, staying current on coding agents, model capabilities, and emerging industry trends through hands-on experimentation.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity, taking ownership end-to-end.
