Product Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Spring Footwear Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Product Operations Coordinator to join our onsite team in Pompano Beach, FL. The role centers on maintaining accurate product data, supporting sample management, and enabling efficient execution across product development, photography, and showroom readiness for our footwear portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Assist item setup in product management systems and sales platforms with a strong emphasis on accuracy
- Maintain product specifications, descriptions, and data integrity across all systems
- Ensure alignment between systems, catalogs, and sales tools
- Regularly review and maintain data on sales platforms
- Support seasonal product setup timelines
- Prepare selling recaps and business summaries for Brand Managers and leadership
- Assist with pre-line development packages
- Prepare and optimize product images prior to loading into applications
- Support line sheet creation and updates
- Maintain catalog accuracy on sales platforms
- Assist the sales team with product readiness and information requests
- Assist with sample ordering and tracking
- Support communication of product updates
- Ensure samples are ready for photography
- Track and organize samples throughout the product lifecycle
- Research competitive landscape and share findings
- Support assortment analysis with organized data and reporting
- Assist showroom merchandising and setup
- Keep samples organized and presentation-ready
- Assist with tradeshow preparation and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, product operations, retail, or data support preferred
- Interest in fashion, footwear, or consumer products
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and merchandising systems
- Experience with ERP systems, such as OMS, Excel, RepSpark, or similar tools preferred
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle, merchandising, or retail processes is a plus
- Ability to identify inconsistencies in data and proactively flag issues
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
