Product Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Hope Consulting is seeking a Product Operations Coordinator to help keep product work aligned with roadmaps, milestones, and release commitments. In this hybrid role based in Keller, TX, you will coordinate day-to-day operational activities, work closely with cross-functional partners, and support clear reporting to stakeholders as projects move forward.
You will bring practical project operations experience to track progress, monitor product performance, and spot risks early in the product life cycle. The focus is on operational efficiency, timely releases, and actionable insights derived from performance analysis.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate day-to-day activities that stay aligned to the project roadmap and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Marketing, and R&D to support operational efficiency.
- Use analytical skills to monitor and evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
- Oversee product release processes and help ensure all teams remain aligned with project timelines.
- Identify potential bottlenecks across the product life cycle and mitigate associated risk.
- Prepare progress and performance reports for stakeholders to maintain clear, timely communication.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a Tech or Consulting firm.
- Strong project management skills, including multitasking and effective time management.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills for working with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Analytical thinking with a demonstrated ability to identify, scrutinize, and improve complex work processes.
Compensation and work setup
- Location: Keller, TX (hybrid)
- Salary: USD 130,000 - 245,000 per year
