Product Operations Coordinator

RELX is looking for a Product Operations Coordinator to support the flow of accurate, accessible product information through consistent processes and careful documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role in Duluth, GA, with a defined weekly schedule and occasional holiday work.

In this position, you will keep company information organized and up to date by entering data, filing records, and preparing content using standard templates. You will also participate in training and development activities to maintain strong, job-ready execution of procedures.

What you’ll do

• Complete data entry into company systems and file information according to established procedures to keep information accurate and accessible.
• Follow the assigned work schedule and carry out tasks on time.
• File records or documents as instructed, including basic data entry activities.
• Input content into standard templates, and collate materials and photocopy them as required.
• File and retrieve documents from company filing systems.
• Use a straightforward mandatory procedure to meet required quality standards and align with external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
• Build and maintain skills through assessment and development planning, plus formal and informal training and coaching.

• Location: Duluth, GA (on-site)
• Employment: Full-time
• Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (Mondays and Tuesdays off)
• Shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Wednesday to Friday), 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (weekends)
• Work model: On site full time, no hybrid option
• Holidays: Ability to work some holidays
• Overtime: Overtime on off days may be available on an as-needed basis

Pay

• U.S. base pay range: $33,500 - $55,700 per year
• Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to reflect local market rates
