Ambulatory Product Operations Coordinator

Onsite in Tampa, FL, with an hourly salary range of $21–$33, the Ambulatory Operations Coordinator role at Moffitt Cancer Center focuses on keeping ambulatory workflows running smoothly. You will support vendor performance, records accuracy, and process improvement across ambulatory operations, while working closely with internal teams to help ensure patient record collection, pathology, and imaging needs are completed on time and at a high quality.

What you’ll do

• Provide advanced coordination and administrative support for all ambulatory operations, including vendor performance, records accuracy, and process improvement.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalated vendor issues, helping drive resolution.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support timely, high-quality completion of patient record collection, pathology, and imaging requirements.
• Support project-based initiatives within the Ambulatory Operations team by providing feedback related to process improvement and data accuracy.

Compensation and location

This is an onsite position within the Ambulatory Administrative Offices in Tampa, FL. Based on project assignments, the role may require travel to satellite locations.
