Product Operations Educator
Job Description
Execute product operations standards while supporting guests through inventory accuracy, efficient processing, and in-store technology.
- Inventory workspace readiness: Organize and clean the inventory area to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment
- RFID inventory processing: Complete inventory-related tasks according to the Product Operations Lead’s plan, including accurate RFID inventory counts per company standards
- Receiving and merchandising support: Receive and process deliveries per company standards, including folding, sorting, and hanging product to optimize space and productivity
- Reconciliation and shipping: Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to appropriate locations per company standards (including items such as damages and consolidations)
- Store presentation and replenishment: Perform display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves to maintain organization and presentation
- Omnichannel programs: Execute market-relevant programs (for example, buy online/pickup in store and ship from store options) per company standards
- Guest service on the floor: Interact with guests or coordinate connection with another team member to support the guest experience on the retail floor
- Team culture: Help create a respectful, inclusive team environment for team members and guests
- Technology use: Use in-store technology to support store operations and positive guest experiences
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required

Schedule / Availability
- Schedule varies based on store needs
- Shifts may include evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Schedule may include times when the store is closed to guests
Work Context
- Moves throughout the store, including sales floor areas with bright lights and loud music and areas with no windows or natural light
- Work is done as part of a team and sometimes independently; may use computer or other technology
- May involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and/or using ladders to reach materials
Compensation & Benefits Package
- Base pay range: $18.00 - $20.71/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
- Target bonus: $2.00/hour
- Total target base pay range: $20.00 - $22.71/hour

Job Assets (Nice to Have, Not Required)

- Experience (not necessarily the only focus): retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations related (for example, stocking or inventory processing experience)
