Product Operations Educator

As a Product Operations Educator, you will help execute inventory processing and other product operations in line with company standards. The role supports both back-of-house organization and guest service, using in-store technology to improve store operations and the in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory work area to maximize efficiency and help maintain a safe store environment.
• Follow the inventory processing plan set by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts according to company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries following company expectations, including folding, sorting, and hanging product to optimize space and productivity.
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to the appropriate locations in accordance with company standards, including handling damages and consolidations.
• Maintain store presentation and organization by performing product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves on the floor as needed.
• Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (for example, buy online/pickup in store and ship from store options) according to company standards.
• Support the guest experience by interacting with guests or facilitating connection with another team member while working on the retail floor.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment that supports an engaging experience for team members and guests.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and help deliver positive guest experiences.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedule and Availability

• The schedule can vary based on store needs.
• Shifts may be scheduled for evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
• The schedule may include times when the store is closed to guests.
• No experience required.

Work Context

You will move through the store, including areas on the sales floor with bright lights and loud music, as well as areas without windows or natural light. Work is completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may involve using a computer or other technology. The role may require moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base pay range: $20.50 - $23.59/hour, subject to the minimum wage in the location.
• Target bonus: $2.00/hour.
• Total target base pay range: $22.50 - $25.59/hour.
• Compensation follows a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.
• Base pay is based on market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

Job Assets (Nice to Have)

• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above
• Experience: Retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations related (for example, stocking or inventory processing experience)
