Product Operations Educator
Job Description
Lululemon’s Product Operations Educators help create a smooth shopping experience by executing inventory processing and product operations to company standards. This onsite contract role in Tampa, FL supports both behind-the-scenes store readiness and guest service on the retail floor, using in-store technology and RFID inventory processes.

Responsibilities
- Keep the inventory workspace organized and clean to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
- Execute the inventory processing plan set by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts per company standards.
- Receive and process product deliveries using standards for folding, sorting, and hanging to optimize space and productivity.
- Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to appropriate locations, including handling items such as damages and consolidations.
- Support store presentation by performing product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves on the floor.
- Run market-relevant omnichannel programs (for example, buy online/pickup in store and ship from store) according to company standards.
- Interact with guests directly or facilitate connection with a team member to support the guest experience on the retail floor.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment for both team members and guests.
- Use in-store technology to support store operations and deliver positive guest experiences.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Ability to travel to assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Nice to have (job assets): High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above, and related experience in retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations such as stocking or inventory processing.
Work Schedule and Availability
- Schedule can vary based on store needs.
- Shifts may include evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
- Schedule may include times when the store is closed to guests.
Work Context
- Move through the store, including areas with bright lights and loud music and areas with no windows or natural light.
- Work is completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, using a computer or other technology.
- May involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.
Compensation & Benefits Package
- Base pay range: $18.00 - $20.71 per hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.
- Target bonus: $2.00 per hour.
- Total target base pay range: $20.00 - $22.71 per hour.
