Job Description

At Lululemon in Cincinnati, Product Operations Educators help keep the store running smoothly by executing core inventory and product operations to company standards. Working onsite as part of a team, you will also support the guest experience on the retail floor through service and by connecting guests with the right team member.

This contract role is designed for people who can stay organized, follow established processes, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting day-to-day store operations.

What you’ll do

  • Organize and clean the inventory workspace to improve efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
  • Carry out the inventory processing plan set by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts aligned with company standards.
  • Receive and process product deliveries, including folding, sorting, and hanging product to optimize space and productivity.
  • Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to the appropriate locations based on company standards (for example, damages and consolidations).
  • Perform product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves on the floor to support store presentation and organization.
  • Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (including buy online/pickup in store and ship from store options) according to company standards.
  • Interact with guests or connect guests to another team member to support service and the guest experience.
  • Contribute to a respectful, inclusive environment for team members and guests.
  • Use in-store technology to support store operations and help create positive guest experiences.

Schedule and availability

  • The schedule can vary based on store needs.
  • Shifts may be scheduled for evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
  • Scheduling may include times when the store is closed to guests.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must be able to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No experience required.

Job assets (nice to have)

  • Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
  • Experience: Retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations related (such as stocking or inventory processing).

Work context

  • Work involves moving through the store, including sales floor areas with bright lights and loud music, and indoor areas with no windows or natural light.
  • Work is completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may involve using a computer or other technology.
  • May involve lifting boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.

Compensation and benefits

Base pay range: $18.00 to $20.71 per hour, subject to the minimum wage in the location. Target bonus: $2.00 per hour. Total target base pay range: $20.00 to $22.71 per hour.
