Product Operations Specialist | Procurement
Job Description
Work on Ramp Procurement to turn customer feedback into shippable improvements, scale release readiness, and reduce friction with AI.
Responsibilities
- Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement by systematically capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to convert customer input into actionable product requirements and operational specs
- Run launch operations for new Procurement features moving from Alpha to GA, including AI-native experiences that require strong customer and internal enablement
- Directly ship product improvements, including UX fixes and paper cuts, by owning a backlog focused on customer friction reduction (not only passing items to engineering)
- Use AI to automate processes and help teams ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
- Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS; procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations experience preferred
- Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into clear requirements and operational processes
- Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces while driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate work and implement product improvements

About the role
- Help build and scale Procurement workflows that enable customers to manage procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and control
- Improve both requester and approver experiences while shaping product quality through data, customer feedback, and tight partnership with customer-facing internal teams
- Contribute to Product Operations process improvement and product building beyond the Procurement vertical to help Product and Engineering teams scale
- Use AI tools to improve release management, collect customer feedback, and enable internal teams to support customers and troubleshoot issues
- Primary goal: reduce customer friction, measured by support tickets per active user and customer NPS

- Procurement owns streamlining new purchase requests, approvals, vendors, savings, and price intelligence
- Intelligence owns reporting, savings, and price intelligence products
- Bill Payments owns invoice management, accounts payable, and B2B payment capabilities
- Risk owns underwriting and financial products that determine which businesses to approve and how to manage risk
- Growth owns onboarding, activation and retention products
- Accounting owns creating intelligence in the accounting platform to save finance teams time and money
- Mobile owns mobile app development and mobile strategy
Location and compensation
- Location: New York, NY (onsite)
- Compensation range: USD 128,000 - 180,000 per yearly
- Minimum experience: 3 years
