Product & Operations Technician is a contract, on-site role supporting Stoc’s retail data capture systems in Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs).

Run day-to-day product operations by monitoring equipment performance
Complete routine checks to confirm devices and tools are operating reliably
Assist with installation and maintenance of systems used to capture retail data
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to keep data collection consistent
Coordinate with internal teams to report operational status
Support real-time insights by maintaining device reliability
Document procedures and the results of troubleshooting activities
Follow safety guidelines during device work and field support
Collaborate with operations staff to keep workflows smooth and efficient
Help implement process improvements based on operational findings
Support field activities as needed to maintain high-quality retail data collection

Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills to identify issues quickly
Solid understanding of electricity and basic electrical systems for safe hardware maintenance
Analytical skills to interpret operational data and spot patterns for continuous improvement
Clear communication to document work, report findings, and collaborate with technical and non-technical team members
Relevant experience in technical operations, field service, or equipment support in a retail or technology environment is beneficial
Ability to follow safety protocols, work on-site in Sandy Springs, GA, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Familiarity with basic diagnostic tools, inventory or asset management systems, and standard office software (email, spreadsheets) is advantageous
A technical diploma, certification, or equivalent practical experience in electronics, mechanical systems, or a related field is preferred
