Product Owner

Infosys is seeking a Product Owner for an onsite role in Hartford, CT. In this position you will analyze client business processes, benchmark against industry standards, document configurations, research third-party products, and coordinate the implementation of tailored solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams and the opportunity to influence solution design while ensuring post-implementation stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Assess client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards and best practices.
• Lead benchmarking studies with stakeholders to ensure solution performance reflects domain insights and standard benchmarks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations and configurations, and draft standard operating procedures and workflows aligned to sector requirements.
• Conduct in-depth evaluations of third‑party products within the domain, delivering comparative analyses of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementations, address setup and integration issues, and assist in developing and maintaining SOPs to sustain system stability post‑go‑live.
