Product Owner

Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) is seeking a Product Owner to help advance the UAS portion of the Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer (RVCT) for the Army. This onsite role in Huntsville, AL focuses on working with the customer to shape requirements and support verification, integration, testing, and training efforts within an Agile/SCRUM delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Army customer to define, capture, derive, and prioritize applicable requirements for the RVCT training solution.
• Provide UAS subject matter expertise to support requirement decomposition for implementation using an Agile/SCRUM development process.
• Assist with verification, integration, test execution, documentation, delivery, and training for the overall training solution.
• Deliver subject matter expertise on UAS operations and required functionality to development and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND 3-10 years or more experience; four years of experience may substitute in lieu of the degree.
• U.S. Citizen with an Active SECRET clearance.
• Familiarity with agile project management terminology.
• Experience as Gray Eagle UAS Instructor Operator, including graduation from the Instructor Operator (IO) Course.
• Experience with UAV ground control stations (GCS) and familiarity with UAVs and simulators (preferred: 500 hours logged as IO in the simulator and 250 hours logged as IO or AC in the aircraft).
• Knowledge of UAS training simulators and UAS terminology.
• Must be local to Huntsville, AL, or willing to relocate, and willing to travel as program requirements require.
• Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
• Exceptional judgment and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and client service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly in discussions and written documents and to provide feedback tactfully.

Work Schedule

Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
