Lead strategic, technical product initiatives by aligning product vision, backlog execution, and cross-functional delivery in an Agile environment.

Define and share product vision, strategy, and roadmap tied to business objectives and customer needs.
Partner with stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to collect, refine, and prioritize product requirements.
Own the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
Convert business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
Collaborate across Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, and Business through the product lifecycle.
Run backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to support successful delivery.
Use market trends, competitive insights, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to guide decisions.
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric product design and functionality.
Monitor product outcomes and KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and continuous enhancements.
Communicate product updates, roadmap priorities, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Support and mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to product management best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
Proven delivery experience for software products in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern product management methodologies.
Experience managing product backlogs and writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical considerations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Experience using product management and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.

Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience supporting retail technology, commerce, payments, SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software platforms.
Certification: CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent.
Experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations, and data-driven product development.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a global environment.
