Product Owner
Job Description
Corpay’s Corporate Payments division is hiring a Product Owner to own delivery priorities for a Scrum team, with a clear focus on turning business goals and customer needs into outcome-driven work. You will help the team shape an evolving AI-enabled SDLC, leveraging AI to improve story clarity, acceptance criteria, and delivery efficiency.
What you’ll be doing
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable backlog items tied to defined outcomes and measurable value
- Maintain a well-prioritized, continuously refined backlog that supports both delivery and longer-term product outcomes
- Act as the final decision maker on scope, priorities, and trade-offs
- Align the team on priorities, scope, and expected outcomes across the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure delivered work meets intended business and customer outcomes
- Facilitate mob sessions to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and determine the right approach
- Triaging bugs and feature requests, and communicate clearly with stakeholders on scope and prioritization
- Use AI to improve story clarity, acceptance criteria, and delivery efficiency
- Partner with engineering to structure work for effective execution and validation through AI-assisted code generation
- Bring comfort and curiosity to an AI-driven SDLC (the team is actively building with these tools)
- Align priorities across Product, Engineering, and Business partners
- Manage expectations and trade-offs to maximize delivered value
- Validate readiness for release in partnership with Engineering
- Track progress against defined success measures and adjust as needed
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Management, or similar delivery-focused role
- Proven ability to translate business needs into structured, outcome-driven backlog items
- Strong facilitation skills, including comfort leading engineers through requirements discussions and mob sessions
- Active use of or genuine enthusiasm for AI tooling in a professional context, including user story refinement, prompting, and AI-assisted development
- Experience in AP Automation, Commercial Card, Expense Management, or API integrations is a significant plus
- Must bring either strong PO/delivery expertise or deep domain knowledge in FinTech/payments, ideally both

Pay transparency: Expected salary range is $115,000 – $130,000 per year, based on candidate work location.
