PromoMats Product Owner (Hybrid)

This hybrid contract role, based in Cambridge, MA, focuses on product ownership for the PromoMats platform at Cella. The incumbent will steer SAFe program increments, oversee digital asset management governance, and pilot AI-enabled capabilities to speed the operational readiness of the Veeva Vault PromoMats environment. Acting as a strategic liaison across cross-functional teams, the position translates business needs into concrete platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAFe program incremental planning events and manage DevOps demand intake to map enterprise platform objectives to broader business roadmaps.
• Define and enforce unified taxonomy standards, metadata frameworks, and DAM governance models to improve asset discovery and lifecycle management within Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration timelines and vendor workflows to ensure readiness for new product launches, platform migrations, and acquisitions.
• Develop and test AI-enhanced operational capabilities and troubleshooting approaches to boost system performance and reduce technical friction, increasing process efficiency.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of enterprise marketing operations experience, with exposure to commercial, field-facing, or life sciences technology environments.
• Hands-on work with Veeva Vault PromoMats and strong proficiency in IT Service Management and DevOps frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge IT and business stakeholders to execute complex, multi-platform digital transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) paired with collaborative, consultative leadership skills.
