Execute on-floor product operations while supporting inventory accuracy, store readiness, and a positive guest experience.

Organize and clean the inventory workspace to improve efficiency and maintain a safe store environment
Carry out the inventory processing plan set by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts per company standards
Receive and process product deliveries according to company standards (folding, sorting, and hanging) to optimize space and productivity
Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to the right locations per company standards (including damages and consolidations)
Perform product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves on the floor to support store organization and presentation
Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store options) following company standards
Interact with guests or coordinate with another team member to provide service on the retail floor and support the guest experience
Help sustain a respectful and inclusive team environment for team members and guests
Use in-store technology to support store operations and enhance positive guest experiences

Shifts may include evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
May include times when the store is closed to guests
No experience required

High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above
Experience in retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations related to stocking or inventory processing

Base pay range: $20.50 - $23.59/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)
Target bonus: $2.00/hour
Total target base pay range: $22.50 - $25.59/hour
Base pay depends on market location and may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity
