Help execute product operations and support retail service in a store environment focused on safe, organized inventory handling.

Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment
Carry out the inventory processing plan set by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts per company standards
Receive and process product deliveries according to company standards, including folding, sorting, and hanging product to optimize space and productivity
Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to the appropriate locations per company standards (including handling damages and consolidations)
Execute product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves on the floor to support store organization and presentation
Run market-relevant omnichannel programs (such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store options) according to company standards
Interact with guests on the retail floor or connect guests with other team members to support guest experience
Help maintain a respectful, inclusive team environment for guests and team members
Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences

High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above
Relevant experience in retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations (for example, stocking or inventory processing)

Base pay range: $20.50 - $23.59/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)
Target bonus: $2.00/hour
