SAFe Senior Capability Manager Product Owner/Product Manager

HCLTech is hiring a SAFe Senior Capability Manager Product Owner/Product Manager in King, NC (onsite) with a salary range of USD 144,000 to 212,000 per year. In this role, you will help drive value-focused delivery across business units by applying Agile and SAFe best practices, shaping product direction, and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of programs, ensuring delivery stays aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Define and communicate the product vision to development teams, translating strategy into clear execution priorities.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog using business value and customer needs as guiding inputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback for product enhancements.
• Run regular reviews and retrospectives to strengthen program and product performance over time.
• Apply Agile and SAFe best practices to improve efficiency and quality in program and product delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support team members in agile methodologies and product management practices.

Requirements
