Lululemon is hiring a Seasonal Product Operations Educator to help keep store operations running smoothly at the Lone Tree, CO location. In this onsite role, you’ll support inventory processing and product operations while also contributing to an inclusive, efficient experience for guests and teammates.

What you’ll do

Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
Follow the inventory processing plan set by the Product Operations Lead, including completing accurate RFID inventory counts according to company standards.
Receive and process product deliveries using standards for folding, sorting, and hanging to optimize space and productivity.
Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to the appropriate locations, including handling items such as damages and consolidations.
Support store presentation by completing product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves on the floor per company standards.
Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store options) according to company standards.
Interact with guests directly or coordinate with another team member to provide service on the retail floor and support the guest experience.
Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment for both team members and guests.
Use in-store technology to support operations and enhance the guest experience.

Schedule and availability

The work schedule can vary based on store needs.
Shifts may be scheduled for evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
Scheduling may include times when the store is closed to guests.
No experience is required.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
Must be able to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Job assets (nice to have)

High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher.
Experience related to retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations (for example, stocking or inventory processing).

Compensation and benefits

Base Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.86/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. Target Bonus: $2.00/hour. Total Target Base Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.86/hour. Compensation is grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance, and base pay may vary based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
