Job Description

Based in Bellevue, WA, this onsite Senior Manager UX Research role at Amazon Delivery Experience puts you at the center of customer insight. You will lead a research program that informs product decisions with real human data, set the vision for research, and shape strategy that elevates customer outcomes across the delivery journey. You will manage a team of researchers, build and maintain an always-on research database that keeps customer needs front and center, and identify opportunity areas where user insight can drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of UX researchers
  • Build and evangelize an always-on research database that is continually updated, ensuring customer needs inform every product decision
  • Identify innovation opportunities rooted in customer research
  • Steward the development of new products based on research findings
  • Elevate the quality of product decision making across the organization

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team of UX Researchers
  • Fluency with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Science or related field
