Senior Product Manager - Tech, Fulfillment Optimization

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Fulfillment Optimization team based in Bellevue, WA 98006 (onsite). In this role, you will set strategic direction and lead a transformation effort focused on Amazon’s transportation network, with an emphasis on real-time, automated systems that improve package delivery and customer experience.

You will work across business and technical partners to understand how global supply chain and transportation performance affects customers, translate data into actionable insights, and guide product execution through clear prioritization, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.

What you’ll do

• Monitor how global supply chain and transportation performance influences customer experience.
• Use sophisticated quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Partner with business intelligence teams to build scalable data architectures.
• Define and own product vision for functional areas and manage feature backlogs.
• Apply judgment to prioritize between competing initiatives.
• Provide direction and communication to data science, engineering, and senior leaders on business performance and project status.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating product tradeoffs.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a range of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, and QuickSight.
• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.

Compensation

USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year.
