Job Description

This onsite role is based in Evendale, Ohio, and is focused on aligning Engineering, Supply Chain and customer-facing teams to ensure product and manufacturing readiness, execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for assigned hardware across technical, cost, delivery and quality dimensions. Support the definition of program plans and translate them into procurement requirements and milestones for the hardware. Serve as the manufacturing representative for PCB, Tollgate, MRL, TRL and Technical reviews for the assigned hardware.
  • Apply specialized knowledge across product lines and markets, stay informed on industry awareness, and influence the development of strategy for the hardware.
  • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services; monitor industry trends that may inform work.
  • Exercise high judgment to decide and manage complex tasks within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes or campaigns. Assess information quality, ask pertinent questions, and propose new solutions outside set parameters using multiple internal and external sources.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources, risk, or complexity; communicate complex concepts and influence others while guiding different perspectives.
  • Act as advocate for Flight Deck within the Product Operations function.
  • Apply lean principles and continuously develop lean skills from cultural and tool-based perspectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with 4 years' experience in product management).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product management.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD Clearance.
  • This role is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
