Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategy and design direction for a key financial product.
• Lead with a user first mindset, translating research insights into design decisions that meet needs and behaviors.
• Create a seamless, intuitive product experience by deeply understanding user journeys.
• Map and assess end to end journeys across customers, operations, servicing teams, and systems to surface pain points and opportunities.
• Use journey maps to align teams on a shared vision of user needs and ensure cohesive experiences at each stage.
• Demonstrate mastery in designing complex web interfaces and workflows that are highly functional and visually engaging.
• Craft intuitive layouts, navigation patterns, and interaction models for intricate systems.
• Incorporate animation and micro interactions to guide users and simplify complex tasks.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, feasible design solutions mindful of technical constraints.
• Advance high fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI specs using tools like Figma and Miro.
• Contribute to a global design system, developing reusable components and workflow patterns for consistency across interfaces.
• Distill complex system design challenges into clear, user friendly solutions that aid comprehension and use.
• Articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders, employing storytelling to secure alignment around the product vision.
• Mentor junior designers, deliver constructive feedback, and elevate team standards through collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements
