Sports Card Product Operations Specialist – Repacks, Inventory & Logistics

Mount Olympus Rips, a fast-growing sports card company known for live breaking and premium inventory, is seeking a Sports Card Product Operations Specialist to oversee repacks, sourcing, inventory control, and fulfillment for its live shows. This onsite role in Wayzata, MN offers a competitive hourly range and a chance to shape how we source, package, and ship cards while supporting dynamic breaks. Compensation is USD 25 - 30 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Source singles, slabs, and sealed wax through eBay, Whatnot, Facebook groups, hobby networks, and distributor relationships.
• Evaluate inventory using eBay sold listings, Card Ladder, 130 Point, and real-time market trends.
• Build and maintain organized inventory systems.
• Create high-quality repacks with strong value and customer appeal.
• Identify key parallels, SSPs, variations, autos, and chase cards.
• Process shipping and fulfillment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across multiple product categories.
• Support live breaking operations through preparation, organization, and product flow.
• Stay current on hobby trends, releases, pricing shifts, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong sports card knowledge across NFL, NBA, MLB, and modern hobby products.
• Experience buying, selling, trading, grading, or comping cards.
• Familiarity with platforms such as eBay, Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace, or hobby forums.
• Ability to accurately determine market value and grading potential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Someone who enjoys both the hobby side and the operational side of the business.
