Sr. Mech Product Manager-Tech

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Product Manager – Technical to lead Mechanical Cooling and Controls solutions for AWS data centers. This on-site role is based in Seattle, WA and owns product strategy, roadmaps, and global deployment readiness, with travel around 30%. Compensation ranges from USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for new mechanical solutions and advance them toward global deployment maturity.
• Foster trust and build relationships with stakeholders across reliability, operations, design, and compliance.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently across different geographic regions.
• Explain complex systems clearly and concisely.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps.
• Capture customer feedback to define technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with global suppliers and manufacturers to design new products.
• Contribute to the global knowledge base and drive continuous improvement at scale.
• Review, update, and approve equipment submittals.

Requirements

• At least five years of technical product or program management experience.
• Seven or more years delivering products end to end.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
• Five or more years of water treatment experience.
• Seven or more years working directly with engineering teams.
• Seven or more years in technical product or program management.
• Seven or more years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Bachelors in Chemical Enginering and experience with cooling technology and industrial water treatment.
