Job Description
Based in Sunnyvale, CA onsite, this Senior Operations Program Manager role within Amazon's Product Operations guides initiatives from pre-concept through launch and ongoing lifecycle engagement for next generation consumer hardware. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities
- Deliver results on complex projects that involve cross-functional collaboration across the organization
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and shape product definition
- Contribute to and influence new product design and architectural direction
- Assess current system capabilities and limitations to inform decisions
- Identify problems and explore solutions to improve existing processes and systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality product delivered on time and within budget
- Some international travel to suppliers is required
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
- Proficiency in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
