Description
AI agents are shaping how software is built, purchased, and deployed, and AWS Marketplace sits at the center of this transformation. In this position you will define and scale the next generation of discovery, procurement, and deployment for third party software and services, including AI agents, within AWS Marketplace. You will own the product efforts around how agents are listed and represented, how they integrate with runtime and orchestration services, and how customers evaluate and adopt them at scale. This role centers on crafting a clear product strategy and roadmap for AI agent discovery, procurement, and deployment, one of the fastest growing and strategically important areas for our business.
You will translate customer needs into concrete product requirements, partnering with engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions. Deep dives into technical architecture, integration patterns, and APIs will inform trade-offs, and data will guide prioritization and post-launch assessment. You will align a broad set of stakeholders, including product, engineering, design, go-to-market, legal, and partner teams, and you will present progress in leadership reviews. As the space evolves, you will identify the next capabilities needed to secure AWS Marketplace's long-term leadership.
