McLane Company is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead innovation across advanced planning platforms with an emphasis on o9 Solutions, data-driven workflows, and integrated planning ecosystems. The role focuses on improving forecasting, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency within a hybrid in-office setting near Temple, Texas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features aligned to business value and roadmap goals.
- Lead delivery in an Agile environment, partnering closely with engineering, data, and integration teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications.
- Drive enhancements across supply chain planning systems, covering demand, supply, and IBP processes.
- Support and optimize end-to-end planning workflows across ERP, WMS, and upstream/downstream systems.
- Collaborate on data models, APIs, and integration patterns to ensure seamless system connectivity.
- Use SQL or data query tools to validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful adoption and value realization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Product Owner / Solutions Manager in Agile delivery environments.
- Experience with advanced planning platforms, with o9 Solutions strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data models, integrations, and enterprise planning workflows.
- Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar tools for analysis and validation.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations or transformations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Supply chain domain experience (forecasting, replenishment, inventory) is a plus.
- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
