About the role

This on-site position at lululemon in Livermore, CA focuses on organizing inventory, processing shipments, restocking, and supporting guest service on the retail floor. The role follows company standards to maximize sell-through and contribute to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

Organize and tidy the inventory workspace to improve efficiency and maintain a safe store environment
Carry out the inventory processing plan established by the Product Operations Lead, including RFID counts aligned with standards
Receive and process deliveries by folding, sorting, and hanging products to optimize space and productivity
Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship products to appropriate locations per company guidelines (damages, consolidations)
Adjust product displays, perform daily restocking and destocking, and move products on the floor as needed to sustain order and presentation
Support market-relevant omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store and ship from store) per standards
Engage with guests or coordinate with teammates to deliver service on the sales floor and enhance the guest experience
Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment that supports all colleagues and guests
Utilize in-store technology to support operations and deliver positive guest interactions

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
Must be able to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation and benefits package

Base pay range: 20.50 to 23.59 USD per hour, subject to local minimum wage
Target bonus: 2.00 USD per hour
Total target base pay range: 22.50 to 25.59 USD per hour
