Job Description

ACP COMPOSITES is hiring an eCommerce Product & Operations Manager to help ensure products are set up correctly, kept up to date, and delivered reliably through ACP’s eCommerce and ERP systems. This onsite role in Livermore, CA supports accurate product data, dependable inventory availability, and smooth eCommerce order execution, with direct oversight of customer service and fulfillment workflows tied to the channel.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the eCommerce product portfolio to keep product structure, maintenance, and presentation accurate.
  • Define and govern product details such as product type, stock model, sale method, configuration logic, and system treatment.
  • Assess product performance, demand, and operational fit, recommending product updates or discontinuation based on what the channel and operations can support.
  • Maintain accurate eCommerce and ERP product configuration to support inventory, pricing, and fulfillment reliability.
  • Monitor inventory availability, submit purchase requisitions, and determine appropriate stock treatment.
  • Set new and custom pricing within guidelines, and recommend promotional pricing for approval.
  • Investigate and resolve product, inventory, and availability discrepancies by coordinating with Customer Service, Fulfillment, and Inventory Control.
  • Oversee eCommerce workflows to ensure orders move correctly and that product data, inventory, and fulfillment requirements stay aligned.
  • Identify workflow, data, or system issues that impact eCommerce execution, then coordinate corrective action with internal teams and vendors.
  • Maintain alignment across eCommerce, Customer Service, Fulfillment, Inventory Control, and ERP workflows.
  • Supervise the Customer Service & Fulfilment Associate and oversee eCommerce-related customer service workflows.
  • Set priorities for order handling, issue resolution, customer communication, and escalation.
  • Reinforce standards for order accuracy, communication quality, and process adherence.
  • Coordinate fulfillment exceptions and escalation needs with internal teams.

What you bring

  • 3–5+ years in eCommerce operations, product data, ERP/eCommerce systems, or order fulfillment.
  • Experience managing product setup, sale methods, or configuration logic ( WooCommerce preferred ).
  • ERP experience required ( Acumatica preferred ).
  • Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to direct daily work and service standards.

Compensation and benefits

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Work environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and computer navigation

  • Occasional lifting or moving of products or packages (typically up to 25 lbs)
  • Primarily a climate-controlled office environment
  • Occasional exposure to warehouse conditions, including noise, temperature variations, and moving equipment
  • Interaction with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, purchasing, and warehouse staff
  • Fast-paced environment with deadlines tied to product launches, promotions, and order fulfillment cycles
