Job Description

lululemon’s Livermore store is seeking a Product Operations Educator for an onsite, contract role that keeps inventory flowing smoothly, supports shipments, and maintains the store’s product organization. The position focuses on efficient operations, accurate inventory processing, and ensuring guests on the floor receive timely connections to teammates for a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the inventory workspace clean and organized to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
  • Follow the inventory processing plan led by the Product Operations Lead, including precise RFID counts.
  • Receive and process product deliveries per standards, folding, sorting, and hanging items to optimize space and productivity.
  • Reconcile, package, and ship products to designated locations for damages or consolidations according to company standards.
  • Adjust product displays, perform daily restocking and destocking, and move products on the floor as needed to sustain organization and presentation.
  • Execute omnichannel programs such as buy online pickup in store and ship from store in line with company standards.
  • Interact with guests or connect them with a team member to deliver service on the retail floor and support their experience.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment to benefit both staff and guests.
  • Utilize in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store operates.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to the assigned store.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Schedule and Availability

  • Work schedule varies based on store needs
  • Shifts may include evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Schedule may include times when the store is closed to guests
  • No prior experience required

Compensation and Benefits Package

  • Base pay range: $20.50 - $23.59 per hour (subject to local minimums)
  • Target bonus: $2.00 per hour
  • Total target base pay range: $22.50 - $25.59 per hour
