About the role

This on-site position at lululemon in Livermore, CA focuses on organizing inventory, processing shipments, restocking, and supporting guest service on the retail floor. The role follows company standards to maximize sell-through and contribute to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and tidy the inventory workspace to improve efficiency and maintain a safe store environment
• Carry out the inventory processing plan established by the Product Operations Lead, including RFID counts aligned with standards
• Receive and process deliveries by folding, sorting, and hanging products to optimize space and productivity
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship products to appropriate locations per company guidelines (damages, consolidations)
• Adjust product displays, perform daily restocking and destocking, and move products on the floor as needed to sustain order and presentation
• Support market-relevant omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store and ship from store) per standards
• Engage with guests or coordinate with teammates to deliver service on the sales floor and enhance the guest experience
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment that supports all colleagues and guests
• Utilize in-store technology to support operations and deliver positive guest interactions

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation and benefits package

• Base pay range: 20.50 to 23.59 USD per hour, subject to local minimum wage
• Target bonus: 2.00 USD per hour
• Total target base pay range: 22.50 to 25.59 USD per hour
