About the role
This on-site position at lululemon in Livermore, CA focuses on organizing inventory, processing shipments, restocking, and supporting guest service on the retail floor. The role follows company standards to maximize sell-through and contribute to a positive store environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and tidy the inventory workspace to improve efficiency and maintain a safe store environment
- Carry out the inventory processing plan established by the Product Operations Lead, including RFID counts aligned with standards
- Receive and process deliveries by folding, sorting, and hanging products to optimize space and productivity
- Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship products to appropriate locations per company guidelines (damages, consolidations)
- Adjust product displays, perform daily restocking and destocking, and move products on the floor as needed to sustain order and presentation
- Support market-relevant omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store and ship from store) per standards
- Engage with guests or coordinate with teammates to deliver service on the sales floor and enhance the guest experience
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment that supports all colleagues and guests
- Utilize in-store technology to support operations and deliver positive guest interactions
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Must be able to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation and benefits package
- Base pay range: 20.50 to 23.59 USD per hour, subject to local minimum wage
- Target bonus: 2.00 USD per hour
- Total target base pay range: 22.50 to 25.59 USD per hour
