Compensation
The base pay range for this position is between $90,500.00 and $128,600.00 per year. This base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.

Responsibilities
- Act as the product owner for an allocated digital experimentation and optimization portfolio, overseeing journeys such as Inspiration and Booking, Post-Booking, Loyalty, or other customer experiences as business priorities shift.
- Guide a compact Scrum team through discovery, scoping, development, and delivery of digital tests and optimization features.
- Collaborate with Commercial stakeholders, including e-commerce Marketing, to translate hypotheses, offers, campaigns, and test concepts into clear product requirements and backlog items.
- Prioritize and maintain a backlog and roadmap for the experimentation work, aligning with JetForward, the broader experimentation roadmap, and shared commercial outcomes.
- Capture and manage requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, hypotheses, success metrics, dependencies, and delivery expectations for experiments.
- Own end-to-end tests from intake to readout, ensuring scope, feasibility, measurability, customer focus, and links to revenue, conversion, loyalty, personalization, or CX outcomes.
- Work with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Analytics, Product, Design, Technology, and Commercial teams to balance customer experience, business value, technical feasibility, performance, data quality, and operational complexity.
- Contribute to acceptance tests, QA, launch readiness, and post-launch validation to ensure experiments meet business objectives and JetBlue standards.
- Monitor and report on experiment performance, product metrics, KPIs/OKRs, insights, risks, and recommended next steps for the portfolio.
- Coordinate with other product managers and technology teams to standardize experimentation practices, align roadmaps, and ensure a consistent customer experience across Digital.
- Explore and prototype new digital capabilities and technology enhancements to improve customer experience and commercial performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or related discipline; or four years of relevant work experience with a high school diploma or GED.
- Three years of experience managing product delivery and supporting digital products, platforms, capabilities, or customer-facing experiences for business customers.
- Three years of experience working with cross-functional teams including Technology, Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, Commercial, Marketing, or business partners.
- Experience guiding product discovery and delivery, defining problems, prioritizing roadmaps/backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and partnering with design and engineering to deliver value.
- Experience using data, customer insights, product metrics, experimentation results, or business feedback to inform decisions and improve digital experiences.
- Experience supporting or delivering digital tests, A/B tests, personalization, optimization initiatives, digital commerce enhancements, or customer journey improvements.
- Willing to travel occasionally overnight.
- Authorized to travel in and out of the United States with valid travel documents.
- Able to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies on short notice.
