Job Description

Based in Minnetonka, MN with remote flexibility, this Product Manager role centers on Medicare Advantage product delivery and day-to-day payment card operations within Government Programs, supporting cross-functional initiatives and the preparation of executive-facing materials.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on project-based initiatives with Product, Government Programs, and broader UnitedHealthcare teams
Serve as a subject matter expert for Medicaid financial VAB products, partnering with business stakeholders to guide product direction and respond to inquiries
Support the creation of executive reporting and documentation for product strategy
Contribute to developing executive presentations and materials for product overview sessions
Conduct analytical, experimental, investigative, and fact-finding work to deliver data-driven insights that inform product development strategies
Aid Medicaid product planning and RFP processes, including documentation reviews, materials reviews, and go-live readiness assessments
Manage daily payment card operations, covering issuance, escalations, maintenance, and reporting

Requirements

Experience in Government Programs, Medicare, or Medicaid
Project management and ability to meet deadlines
Multitasking in a matrixed environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Highly organized with the capacity to manage ambiguity
