Product Operations and Payment Cards, Product Manager

Based in Minnetonka, MN with remote flexibility, this Product Manager role centers on Medicare Advantage product delivery and day-to-day payment card operations within Government Programs, supporting cross-functional initiatives and the preparation of executive-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on project-based initiatives with Product, Government Programs, and broader UnitedHealthcare teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Medicaid financial VAB products, partnering with business stakeholders to guide product direction and respond to inquiries
• Support the creation of executive reporting and documentation for product strategy
• Contribute to developing executive presentations and materials for product overview sessions
• Conduct analytical, experimental, investigative, and fact-finding work to deliver data-driven insights that inform product development strategies
• Aid Medicaid product planning and RFP processes, including documentation reviews, materials reviews, and go-live readiness assessments
• Manage daily payment card operations, covering issuance, escalations, maintenance, and reporting

Requirements

• Experience in Government Programs, Medicare, or Medicaid
• Project management and ability to meet deadlines
• Multitasking in a matrixed environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage ambiguity
