Responsibilities

Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for an assigned portfolio, setting ambitious yet achievable goals aligned to company objectives and market opportunities
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define strategy and align priorities
Define and track product success using comprehensive KPIs, leveraging analytics for data-informed decisions and optimizing performance and ROI
Build and manage strategic customer relationships through regular customer research and feedback sessions to guide product direction
Mentor product managers and promote continuous learning and best-practice sharing within the product organization
Develop competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to drive market share growth and revenue expansion
Conduct market and customer research to identify emerging opportunities, validate assumptions, and uncover unmet customer needs, then translate insights into actionable strategy
Partner with executive leadership to influence product direction and align with broader company strategy, financial goals, and market positioning
Manage product P&L, including budget allocation, revenue forecasting, and ensuring targeted profitability and market impact
Lead competitive analysis and positioning by monitoring market trends and competitor activity to maintain differentiation
Own discovery and requirements process, working with engineering to balance technical feasibility, business value, and market impact during prioritization
Drive launch strategy and go-to-market execution, measure adoption against launch metrics, and optimize based on results
Make product lifecycle decisions with business acumen, including pricing and EOL strategies that maximize customer value and company revenue

Requirements

7+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record launching and scaling products, delivering revenue impact
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, balancing customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals
Leadership skills to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority, and comfort presenting to executive leadership
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for product vision, competitive positioning, and value propositions
Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including financial analysis and metrics frameworks
Customer empathy and research experience, including interviews and translating feedback into product direction
Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineers and make informed trade-offs
Mentoring and team development experience, elevating junior product managers and supporting continuous improvement
Proficiency with product management tools including Atlassian and Monday.com, plus Microsoft Office and related software
Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance research, analysis, documentation, and strategic planning
Ability to travel as needed, including internationally (~5-10%)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

Job Description

In this on-site operations leadership role at Victoria’s Secret in Schaumburg, IL, you’ll help turn store strategy into daily execution that strengthens both customer and associate experiences. As a values-based leader, you’ll coach teams, drive consistent performance on the sales floor, and partner closely with Operations to keep the store environment ready for customers.

You’ll also take ownership of key people and execution priorities alongside the Store Manager, including talent lifecycle activities and workforce management actions that support efficient, high-performing store operations.

What you’ll do

Lead customer experience execution across all brands, ensuring consistency, quality, and an emotional connection
Translate store strategy into clear priorities and expectations for teams

Coach and develop Managers and associates, including performance management and talent progression
Own talent lifecycle responsibilities alongside the Store Manager, including hiring, development, and performance management
Oversee direct reports, as assigned, including Managers and/or Supervisors
Execute the Head Coach responsibilities through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Execute Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Partner with Operations to ensure store readiness enables the customer experience
Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to support seamless execution
Model behaviors aligned to leadership competencies and demonstrate company policy and procedures
Complete additional duties as assigned, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

What you bring
