Salary range
Primary level: $114,000.00 – $213,400.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Lead as the Product Owner for a software development team
- Act as the CAM, maintain the budget and staffing plan
- Provide regular briefings to Executive Leadership and customers
- Coordinate and prioritize stakeholder needs across multiple products
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address Government requirements across programs and enhance warfighter capabilities
- Own the integrated Product Roadmap, prioritizing software capabilities to align with mission needs
- Iterate the Product Roadmap with stakeholders to reflect evolving priorities
- Decompose stakeholder needs into a refined product backlog; support backlog refinement and story mapping
- Drive team performance to meet sprint and release commitments; escalate and remove impediments; contribute to status reporting to senior management
- Engage in Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring objectives reflect customer priorities and business value, and identify risks and dependencies across the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, or similar plus 5 years of experience, or a master’s with 3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, or similar plus 8 years of experience, or a master’s with 6 years of experience
- Software Development experience
- 1+ years of CAM experience
- 2+ years of CAM experience
- 1+ years of EVM experience
- 2+ years of EVM experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain and maintain SCI access at time of application
- Product Owner Certification
