Agile Product Owner Level 4 (AHT)

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Agile Product Owner Level 4 (AHT) to steward backlog priorities, coordinate stakeholder goals, and help development teams deliver planned features in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog
• Align stakeholder goals to support delivery priorities
• Guide development teams to deliver high-value features on schedule

Requirements

• Level 4 education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in science with 8+ years of software development experience; or a Master’s degree with 6+ years; or 4 additional years of software development experience in lieu of a degree
• Professional development experience: 5+ years
• Security clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of application
• Version control: Firm understanding of Git and workflows using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
• Agile delivery: Demonstrated success with Agile processes
• Containerization: Experience with Containerization, Kubernetes, and/or Helm charts
• Atlassian tools: Experience with Atlassian tools

Salary

• USD 135,800 - 213,400 per year
