Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager role at Uline is an on site position based in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This role owns a defined product category, manages vendor relationships, and mentors Product Management Analysts while collaborating with Creative and Purchasing teams to shape catalog and digital strategies that drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the assigned product category within our extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to establish strong and successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact on profitability, product quality, and data accuracy through proactive oversight.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts to foster their growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Ability to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.
