Associate Product Manager

At Uline, you will work in a family-owned organization that serves North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. This on-site Associate Product Manager role gives you ownership across an assigned product category, with clear opportunities to improve profitability, product quality, and data accuracy. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor Product Management Analysts as you help strengthen catalog and digital strategies.

What you’ll be doing

• Own your assigned product category from Uline’s extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality, and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts to foster their growth.

What you should bring

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• Ability to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.
