This onsite role at WellSky’s World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS offers the chance to help shape and deliver revenue cycle management solutions with a focus on real client outcomes.

What you’ll do

As an Associate Solution (Product) Manager for Revenue Cycle Management, you will help own WellSky solution life cycles from inception through delivery. You will execute solution strategy to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients, supporting the Post-Acute Care Facilities Team.

  • Meet with clients and prospects to understand their needs and objectives, then represent those priorities internally across WellSky.
  • Contribute to roadmap development by identifying projects, determining scope, and providing high-level timelines.
  • Review simpler client requests and translate them into designs and requirements aligned with market needs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver features based on detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Assist in setting priority for stories and features to support business objectives.
  • Use AI tools and platforms as part of everyday responsibilities to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, and support data-informed outcomes.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Health technology experience
