Digital Web Product Owner

Own the execution of digital web experiences for Aetna’s growing Medicare business, building integrated ecosystems inside a content management system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner for a Scrum team, driving execution against the product roadmap
• Manage and prioritize ongoing inbound project requests coming from multiple business owners
• Partner cross-functionally with design, technology, product, and operations to define and refine business requirements
• Lead end-to-end website launches, from requirements gathering through post-launch analysis
• Drive product update rollouts across experiences and coordinate customizations needed by multiple stakeholders
• Ensure all control requirements are met to support successful, compliant market launches
• Maintain relationships across department leaders, business owners, IT organization, Customer Experience SMEs, and creative teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a corporate or agency setting, ideally within a highly regulated industry, with evidence of success and increasing responsibility
• At least 1 year of agile web Product Owner experience, including defining stories and populating/prioritizing backlogs using product tools such as JIRA or Rally
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Collaboration and teamwork skills
• Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting
• Communicates for impact; strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of product management experience in a B2C and/or regulated industry
• Experience with the Adobe stack (AEM, Target, Customer Journey Analytics)
• Experience working within a highly matrixed or enterprise organization
• Familiarity with agentic work management tools

Salary: USD 101,970 - 222,480 per year
